Abstract

Supply chain inventory management is an important content of supply chain management. This paper first describes the characteristics of supply chain inventory management and its difference with the traditional inventory management, and then describes and analyzes the popular supply chain inventory management strategy, JIT inventory management strategy, VMI inventory management strategy, JMI inventory management strategy and multi-level inventory optimization and control, and describes the advantages and disadvantages of each inventory management.
