Abstract
The production theory of slurry-concentrated process for ammonium phosphate was studied. It was found that from the phosphate rock acidolysis process, the secondary phosphate rock from Yaozhihe in Baokang of Hubei Province could be partly decomposed by the residual sulfuric acid and phosphoric acid from the wet-process phosphoric acid production so that the consumption of sulfuric acid could be reduced. The technological parameter was defined by the experiment. It was also found that neutralization and concentration without any pre-reaction was the best way for commercial run.The experimental results also supported the fasibility on technology, such as 7%~13% the consumption of sulfuric acid in ammonium phosphoric production was cut down and the conversion rate of the secondary phosphate rock was higher than the total productive rate of the phosphate from the installation.
