Abstract
Efficiency-preferred theory and equality-priority theory are not perfect on discussing the problem of distribution of the right to education.Rationally, we need to synthesize values such as:freedom,equality,efficiency and social cooperation. Rawls's Justice Theory provided some guidance to the paper.In the paper,the author suggests five principles for educational justice.
