Clinical observation studies of ileus after abdominal operation treated with octreotide Acetate on 72 patients with adhesive

OBJECTIVE To investigate the adhesive ileus after abdominal operation treated with octreotide acetate.METHODS Adhesive ileus after abdominal operation in 72 patients were divided into observation group and control group randomly.The patients in control group received routine treament,and those in observation group were adminstrated octreotide acetate 0.6mg by intravenous drip for three days continuously.Evaluate the clinical effect,abdomianal pain,abdominal distension,and anal exsufflation time in patients after treament.RESULTS Total effective rate in the two groups were 92.1% and 79.4% with significant difference(P0.05).There were significant differences in abdomianal pain,abdominal distension,and anal exsufflation time between the two groups(P0.05).CONCLUSION The treament with octreotide acetate on adhesive ileus after abdominal operation was clearly.
