Abstract

Objective To investigate the efficacy of small incision surgery for thyroid tumor line. Methods Sixty cases of thyroid tumor patients were selected and randomly divided into conventional group and experiment group, each group had 30 cases. Conventional group was given conventional surgery, while experimental group was given small incision surgery. Results Surgical incision size, operative time, intraoperative blood loss, incidence of complications and admission time contrast between the two groups had significant differences (P 0.05). Conclusion The small-incision surgery can shorten the surgery, hospitalization time, decrease bleeding loss, reduce the economic burden of patients. It has small wound low incidence of complication, less pain, good cosmetic effect, and it's safe and reliable.
