The relationship between government and market is a major research paradigm of the theoretical studies on economic law in the new era of China which determines the emergence,characteristics and the main component parts of economic law.Since the year of 1994,theoretical studies on economic law have been conducted in the framework of government-market.An analysis of the development and types of theories on government-market relationship helps theoretically and practically promote studies of economic law in China.
