Abstract

The amateur sports schools are the most primary unit in the competitive sports talents cultivation system and transport elite talents to different level training organs.With the rapid development of competitive sports in Chi- na,the demands for talents are increasing.How to make the investment for the amateur sports school most benefi- cial is becoming more and more important.The authors researched the weight of assessment index system for Guangzhou Amateur Sports School through step analysis so as to provide references for the amateur sports schools in China to make the investment most beneficial.
