Abstract

Objective To explore the cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN)(in) the etiology, clinical characteristics, treatment and prognosis. Methods Collecting January 2008-2010 December Cervical circular cut(LEEP) CIN patients treated with 82 of the clinical data, analyze them. Results Of 60 patients with no obvious symptoms,22 patients were accidentally touch vaginal bleeding,82 patients for Liquid-based Cytology Examination after the abnormal vaginal microscopically cervical biopsy further pathological examination organization, including 75 cases that human papillomavirus HPV(+).The LEEP mainly adopts CIN treatment,Follow-up treatment effective rate is 100%,cure rate is 80.4%,only three of the patients CINIII LEEP routine postoperative half a year Liquid-based Cytology Examination for review to LEEP ASCUS,again.59 after turn HPV negative. Conclusion HPV infection is the main cause of CIN.Prevent HPV infection,to prevent CIN occurs is essential, curable by surgery, thus blocking CIN lesions from cervical cancer before the ways to reduce the incidence of cerical cancer.
