Redisposition of the Administrative Power in Universities in China

There are three kinds of power of different nature in the organization of universities: the market power, academic power, and administrative power, of which the administrative power is the greatest. With the rising of market power, change of administrative concepts and the return of academic power, the disposition of administrative power should be readjusted reasonably, in order to enhance the efficiency of university operation. In the process of the readjustment, we should make clear the power sphere of the administrative power, transform its operational manner; clarify the power entity; understand the nature of the power and reconstruct of relationship between academic power and administrative power.
