Abstract

The analysis method of simultaneous determination of benzoic acid and sorbic acid in soy was discussed by HPLC.Chromatographic conditions were as follows: methanol-0.02 mol/L NH4Ac(5∶95)as the mobile phase, flow rate is 1.0 mL/min,UV wave length of detection is 230 nm,column temperature is 25 ℃ and injection volume is 10 μL.A good linear relationship was obtained by the external standard method in the range of 5~100 μg/mL.The correlation coefficient of regression equation of standard sample were more than 0.999.The detection limit of benzoic acid and sorbic acid were 0.35μg/mL,0.32μg/mL.The average recovery were 94.09% and 98.15%,respectively.The relative standard deviation were 2.09%~3.90%.It shows that this method is accurate, sensitive and simple.
