Abstract
It was emphasized that development of modern agriculture circular economy was an essential requirement of building modern agriculture,advancing new socialism countryside and harmonious society.In addition,some ideas and countermeasures for modern agriculture circular economy were proposed,like encouraging system innovation,maturing policy system and accelerating the adjustment of agriculture structure were advanced.
