Abstract
The basic theory of circular economy and the connotation of modern agriculture are expounded,the inherent relations between them are analyzed,and the win-win interactivity between them are expatiated.Accordingly some countermeasures on how to use the idea of circular economy to develop modern agriculture are put forward.
