Abstract

In the process of serving the construction of new countryside,local colleges should make full use of the talents to help cultivate and train new farmers;make full use of the research resources to develop and extend new technology,and make full use of their cultural resources to set and guide new trends.Moreover,local colleges should establish a system of stimulation and guidance,a system of supervision and assessment and a system of theo-retical research in order to better serve the construction of new countryside.
