Study on the Stability of β-cyclodextrin with Garlic Oil Inclusion Compound

Objective To study the stability of β-cyclodextrin with garlic oil inclusion compound.Methods With the content of Allicin as an index to make set of tests for changed of inclusion compound under lamp light and under high temperature or humidity.Results Under affecting factors such as light,heat and humidity,the content of Allicin in inclusion compound was not changed,however,garlic oil was decreased only.Conclusion Inclusion compounds of β-cyclodextrin with garlic oil had better stabilities to light,heat and humidity .
