Research on the Development of Innovative Mechanism of National Student Loan

National student loan plays an important role for poor students to get equal education opportunities,fulfill their studies and promote the harmonious development of society.However,in recent years,there are many problems existing in the development of national student loan such as the confused management,high default rate,imperfect policies and regulations,as well as single capital source.In accordance with these problems,this article presents the creative conceptions of issuing special national debts and asset securitization of student loan.
