Abstract
Objective Application of advanced intense pulsed light (IPL) technique in treatment of facial photoaging and doing clinical analysis research. Methods 460 cases were given IPL non-ablative photorejuvenation with a fluence value between 18 -40J/cm2. Results After operation, appearances of all cases, Such as wrinkles, hyper-pigmentation, telangiectasia and enlarged pores were improved. After abserved and followed up, the satisfactory rate was 87.6%. Conclusion facial photoaging can be improved with IPL non-ablative photorejuvenation for facial photoaging has the advantages of minimal adverse effects and high measure of patient satisfacation.
