Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical significance of tumor marker detection of CA50 combined with CA199 in diagnosis of pancreatic caner. Methods The serum CA50 and CA199 levels were detected by electrochemical luminescence method in 150 patients with pancreatic cancer(group A),90 patients with pancreatic disease(group B) and 50 healthy people(group C);The effects of the two tumor markers together or respectively in diagnosis of pancreatic cancer were evaluated. Results The serum levels of CA50 and CA199 in group A were significantly higher than those of in group B and C(P0.05).The sensitivity and specificity of CA50+CA199 were significantly higher than those of any single item detection. Conclusion The detection of CA50 combined with CA199 method may enhance detection rate of pancreatic caner which is vital importance in the early diagnosis.
