Abstract
Objective To evaluate the clinical efficiency of buprenorphine combined with tramadol for postoperative analgesia in the patients with hepatic carcinoma undergoing surgery. Methods Sixty hepatic carcinoma patients, classified as ASA physical status I~Ⅱ,were randomly divided into three groups with 20 cases in each group. In group 1,buprenorphine 0.015mg·kg-1was added into the analgesic solution, in group 2,tramadol 12~14mg·kg-1 was used, and in group 3 buprenorphine 0.0075mg·kg-1plus tramadol 6~7mg·kg-1 was used.Analgesic solution was diluted to 100 ml with normal saline in all groups.Analgesic solution was infused continuously in a dose of 2ml/h for 48h postoperatively;Visual analogue scale, sedation scale and occurrence of side effects were recorded. Results The analgesia effect was satisfactory in the three groups. VAS values in group3 were significantly lower than that in group 1 and group 2. Conclusions Buprenorphine combined with tramadol is effective and safe for postoperative intravenous analgesia.
