Experimental Research on the Improving Expansive Soil Subgrade of Hefei-Nanjing Railway Passenger Dedicated Line with Lime

Research purposes:In combination with the experimental engineering of Quanshu Subgrade of Hefei-Nanjing Railway Passenger Dedicated Line,the researches are done on the indoor limb improvement test for the filling materials of expansive soil and filling technique test for the purposes of solving the problems that the weak expansive soil along Hefei-Nanjing Railway Passenger Dedicated Line expands when watering and can not be used directly as filling materials of subgrade after syneresis. Research results:The experimental researches and analyses of post-construction subsidence show the improved expansive soil with lime conducted by the improved construction technique can satisfy the all indexes and requirements of subgrade filling materials of passenger dedicated line.
