Abstract

Although Han Xuan Emperor was a great monarch,but by his own special origin,and historical background of the time,In his reign,he touted ghosts,appointed his cronies,killed many excellent minister,and pursuited Luxurious pleasure.These brought a lot of negative effects to the rule of the late Western Han Dynasty and accelerated the decline of the Han Dynasty.
