Abstract

【Objective】 Through the abdominal ultrasound examination for patients with uretral calculi,to explore the specific methods and experience of ultrasound diagnosing of ureteral calculi, further to understand the diagnosis of ureteral calculi by ultrasound.【Methods】 114 cases with ureteral calculi examined by ultrasound were retrospectively summarized and analyzed.【Results】 Unilateral ureteral calculi is 109 cases, accounting for 97%,bilateral ureteral calculi is 5 cases, accounting for 3%;upper ureteral calculi is 39 cases, accounting for 34.2%,middle ureteral calculi is 17 cases, accounting for 14.9%,lower ureteral calculi is 58 cases, accounting for 50.8%.【Conclusion】 Abdominal ultrasound is simple, accurate, and effective method to diagnosis ureteral calculi.
