On the Paragon of Virtue and Learning

When we refer to the manner of a teacher, we do not mean the refined manner of a teacher as an individual. What we mean here is the paragon of virtue and learning of teachers as a whole. It is reflected in three aspects. The first is “Be fond of the teaching job and seek precision in his/her studies; the second is “Be worthy to be called ‘teacher' and dedicated to the cultivation of talents; the third is “Be popular and cooperate with people, and embark on new things. The three aspects represent the base, the essence and the key of the paragon of virtue and learning of a teacher respectively.
