Abstract
The cylindrical magnetic valve and rectangle valve ANSYS models are established in this paper. The distribution of the magnetic field intensity we will know after solving by PC. The magnetic force has strong connection with the valve structure. The value of current and quantity of coil also affect the magnetic force. At the same states of current and coil, the rectangle valve can cause a force larger 125% than the cylindrical valve do. So we can design a smaller magnetic valve than before. The spray beam can be designed compactly according to this simulation conclusion.
