Abstract
In order to obtain the optimum extraction parameters of ultraviolet absorbent from green tea by ultrasonic wave-assisted,the extraction factors including extraction time, extraction temperature,liquid-solid ratio, ethanol concentration and extraction times were studied, response surface analysis were used to optimize extraction time, extraction temperature,liquid-solid ratio. The results showed that ethanol concentration of 60% was regarded as extraction solvent, one time extraction, ultrasonic wave-assisted time was 50 min, ultrasonic wave-assisted temperature was 50℃and the liquid-solid was 40 mL/g.Under these optimum extraction conditions, the Abs was 0.597.
