Abstract

Extraction technology of tea -ployphones from green tea with ultrasomic is checked and modified in the study. As a result, the optimal conditions are as follows: extraction solvent is 70% ethanol, pH is 1-2,extraction time is 40 min, ratio of solvent to material is 10:1 the stage of extraction is 2,and the extraction yield of pigment is 89. 2%. The result shows that this process has a value of high yield, low extraction temperature and less oxygenated cost.
