TCM Syndrome Distribution of Old Patients with Primary Dyslipidemia

Objective:study the TCM syndrome distribution of patients with primary dyslipidemia and extract the syndrome factors.Methods:collect the clinical data of the patients,use Factor Analysis to find the distribution of TCM syndromes and extra the syndrome factors.Results:find 6 Factor Analysis:deficiency of the liver and kidney-Yin,stagnation of phlegm,stagnation of phlegm and blood stasis,deficiency of spleen qi,qi stagnation and blood stasis and fire and hear syndrome.Stagnation of phlegm and blood stasis are proportion of 20.9%.deficiency of spleen qi accounts for 1 8.8%,other stagnation of phlegm,deficiency of the liver and kidney-Yin,qi stagnation and blood stasis,fire and heat syndrome accountg for 1 7.8%,1 6.3%,13.8%,12.3%.Syndrome factors of primary dyslipdemia are spleen,liver,kidney,phlegm,stasis,qi stagnation,deficiency of qi,deficiency of yin,fire and heat.Conclusion:The primary dyslipidemia syndromes have 6 kinds:deficiency of the liver and kidney-Yin,stagnation of phlegm,stagnation of phlegm and blood stasis,deficiency of spleen qi,qi stagnation and blood stasis and fire and hear syndrome.Stagnation of phlegm and blood stasis and deficiency of spleen qi accounts for the proportion to be biggest.Syndrome factors of primary dyslipdemia are spleen,liver,kidney,phlegm,stasis,qi stagnation,deficiency of qi,deficiency of yin,fire and heat.
