Abstract
On severe co1d and cold zones HVAC system design,from indoor heating terminal equipment selection,the outdoor heat source heating scale,outside of network installation and adjustment,ventilation and air conditioning system in the setting of the construction plan review and design problems,combined with the existing national standards and regulations,put forward own views.
