Abstract
Objective To explore the efficacy of Gancicloveir combined with interferon-α on chronic hepatitis Methods To chose 56 cases with chronic hepatitis B were randomly divided to two groups, Group A was given Gancicloveir combined with IFN-α, Group B was given IFN-α only. The value of ALT,serologic markers of HBV and HBV-DAN were detected respeetine before and after treatment. Results In the end of treatment, the ALT mormalization rate, the HBeAg, serocomversion rate and the HBV-DAN seroconversion rate of group A were 84.4%,76.9%,76.9%,80.7%, The group B were seprately 73.3%、36.7%、40.1%, Conclusion There were significantly difference between the HBeAg and HBV-DAN ,sercon version rate between group A and group B, Gancicloveir combined with IFN-αon chronic hepatitis B is more effective.
