Abstract
Eight-year medical program is a new starting point of medical education in China.Clinical practice is an important transition for medical students from theory learning to clinical practice.Based on the characteristics of eight-year medical students and the training requirements of the eight-year medical program,the paper proposes constructing a reasonable training system of doctor-patient communication skills and integrating humanities education into clinical teaching so as to foster medical students' humanities quality while acquiring professional knowledge.It is of realistic value in improving medical students' humanities quality comprehensively and training high-quality medical personnel.
