Analysis of 89 cases of foreign body in upper digestive tract

Objective To find out the clinical manifestation of foreign body in upper digestive tract and the value of endoscope for treatment of foreign body in upper digestive tract.Methods Using electric gastro-endoscope,try to get foreign bodies in upper digestive tract of patients of difference age,gender,site and type.Results 95.5 percent of foreign bodies in upper digestive tract were taken out successfully without any complication.Conclusion Treating foreign body in upper digestive tract,electric gastro-endoscope has many advantages such as safety,simple procedure,high efficacy,less pain and better fetching extension.
