The experience of endoscopic removal foreign bodies in upper digestive tract

Abstract
Objective To explore the methods and value of endoscopic removal foreign bodies in upper digestive tract.Methods The upper digestive tract foreign bodies were extracted by gastroscope and other equipment.Results Four hundred and thirteen cases with foreign bodies in digestive tract were successfully removed.None of patients emerged complications such as bleeding,perforation.Most patients were observed for 30 minutes after surgery,10 patients were observed in the in-patient department for 24~72 hours.Conclusion Gastroscopic removal foreign body in upper digestive tract is effective and safe.
