Abstract

Because of the different work contents and focuses of Urban Master Planning and Land Use Master Planning,speeding up the coordination of the above two plans is of great significance to tackle the conflicts of urban development and land supply as well as urban and rural integration.By analyzing the differences and contradiction emerged in the formulation and implementation of the last two editions of plans in Guangzhou,on the premise of not changing the existing regulations and administrative system,the paper explores the technical methods of coordination of two plans,so as to make the two plans coordinated more efficiently,and to provide reference for other cities.
