Abstract

According to the differences of hydrogeological condition and features, karst water systems are divided into grades. First grade is karst water. Second grade includes shallow circulating and deep circulating karst water systems. Third grade includes five basic types: exposed, exposed covered, exposed buried and strata bound, fault zone. Furthermore, the hydrogeological features and key point for karst water exploration and evaluation are given for each type in this paper.
