Abstract
Objective: To investigate the effects of psychological nursing intervention on the psychological status and quality of life in patients with coronary heart disease.Methods: 160 cases of coronary heart disease were equally divided into intervention group and the control group based on different methods of nursing intervention,both groups were given with conventional therapy,the intervention group were added actively psychological interventions.Results: The insulin resistance,systolic blood pressure,fasting glucose and total cholesterol of the intervention group after the intervention were significantly lower than the control group(P0.05).After the intervention,the intervention group's SAS and SDS symptom scores were significantly lower than the control group(P0.05).The physical health,mental health and social health of the score of the intervention group were significantly higher than before the intervention and the control group(P0.05).Conclusion: Psychological nursing intervention application in patients with coronary heart disease can alleviate negative psychological conditions,correct physiological indicators,improve the quality of life,should be widely applied.
