Abstract
Higher vocational education should train practical talents to fit the requirement of society.it must have a large group of high quality teachers in it.According to the developing situation,the English teachers in higher vocational colleges should have noble moral quality,higher specialized knowledge quality and original spirit and ability.They also have science teaching type and ways of modern education technology.
