Abstract

In recent years,some institutions,in particular the non-key college and universities,the shortage of qualified English teachers is serious and the level of English teaching is far from meeting the needs of students learning English.In this paper,issues will be discussed on how to improve the quality of English teaching as the common concern of administrators and English learners.
