The Experience for Operative Surgery Teaching

The operative surgery education is valuable for providing medical students with the basic skills and surgical skills.In view of some actual problems in operative surgery teaching,we have explored some valuable methods,such as improving the recognition of the importance of course,strengthening the model function of teachers,strengthening the construction of teaching facilities,establishing standardized teaching mode,using modernized teaching method,strengthening the students' training and improving the assessment system after class.These methods can help medical students adapt to work in hospital more quickly.
