Discussion on the concept of public sports service system——Based on the perspective of functionalism

Abstract

In the objective analysis of the concept of public sports service system,public sports service system is defined based on the function of the service system of public sports perspective.Study found that public sports service system is a system to realize the balance of supply and demand of public sports service.Public sports service system can be defined from the narrow and general aspects.The narrow sense of public sports service system is public sports service content system,including civil constitution monitoring servic,sports honor,guidance services,sports information service,sports activity service and sports facilities services.The general public sports service system is a public sports service system of supply and demand system,content system,security system,evaluation system and operation mechanism.
