Beane's Ideas and Model of Curriculum Integration

Curriculum integration is an important measure as solving problems in curriculum field posed by social development,which is getting increasingly a basic tendency of world curriculum reform in twenty-one century. Beane advanced the ideas and model of curriculum integration with student-centered,teachers and students collaboratively planning and beyond subject boundary as a new progressive typical represent in late 20th century,which was not only responsive to meet society developmental needs of early adolescents,but also great enlightenment and reference for Chinese curriculum integrative theory and practice.
