Exploration of Key Elements of Enterprise Sustainable Development

Abstract

Three key elements for enterprise sustainable development such as enterprise culture, product structure, R D and manufacturing platform are presented, and their effects and relationship are described. Some ideas are pointed out as follows: enterprise culture is the core element of enterprise sustainable development, and product structure adjustment is its guarantee; product life cycle theory can help direct product structure adjustment; R D and manufacturing platform is the foundation of enterprise sustainable development.
