Survey of the Status Quo of the Training of Shanghai Social Sports Instructors

By the methods of documentation,questionnaire,expert interview and on-the-spot investigation,the author made a survey of the public service training of Shanghai social sports instructors.The article focuses on the model,content,object,fund and evaluation of the training and locates the existing problems.It suggests forming a new training model of social sports instructors and puts forward some relative suggestions,such as expanding the training models to speed up the training of social sports instructors,perfecting the training management system of social sports instructors and bolstering the training organizations,subdividing the types of social sports instructors and enriching the training contents and methods,establishing a training evaluation platform to enhance the training results,making a full use of multimedia technology and other teaching devices,etc.
