Abstract

By using the empirical and statistical research methods,and based on the changes of the role and behavior of social sports instructors,this paper analyzes the individual and environmental factors influencing the development of social sports instructors in Hefei City and discusses the development motivation and training strategies of social sports instructors so as to promote the development of social sports instructors.
