Abstract

Quality accreditation of transnational higher education relates to countries' culture and convention closely,as a result,we have not formed a public-admit international quality accreditation system.Differences of the quality accreditation systems in higher education which based on different culture and convention are becoming great obstacles for its development. To overcome these obstacles, four models of quality accreditation are formed, which are based on the existing national quality accreditation systems, based on cross-border quality accreditation, based on meta-accreditation and based on international quality accreditation respectively. For these models, each model has its special problems. The model based on cross-border quality accreditation develops rapidly, and the model based on international quality accreditation will not dominate.
