Detection of T Lymphocytes Subset and NK Cell in Peripheral Blood of Cervical Cancer and Its Clinical Significance

Abstract

To explore the detection and clinical significance of T lymphocyte subset and NK cell activity in the patients with cervical cancer.Flow cytometry was used to detect the marks of T lymphocyte subsets and NK cells in blood samples from patients with cervical cancer.Data obtained from health people was used as control.The results showed that CD3+,CD3+CD4+ T cells,NK cells and CD3+CD4+/ CD3+CD8+ ratio in the blood samples from patients with cervical cancer were lower than that from the health control(P0.05),but the CD3+CD8+ T lymphocyte were reverse.This change is related to the TNM pathological stage.The immune function of lymphocytes in peripheral blood of the patients with cervical cancer was lower,and even worse in the lower grade of TNM stage.Removal of tumor may be benefit to improve the cellular immunity of cancer patients.It is valuable for estimating the function of cell immune by detecting T lymphocyte subset and NK cell.
