Analysis on the Systemical Training for Early Teenagers of Short Track Speed Skaters

This article analyzes the problems of the juvenile short track speed skaters' early technical training,physical quality and psychological training.so as to improve training methods,and conquer a solid foundation for a high level development in future,then give some advice on the training for the early teenagers short track speed skating.
