Abstract
The theories on ‘governmental control’ and ‘national financial power', seemed to be irrelative with private economy, but in fact they are restraining the development of private economy. If we want to make the central government’s support on private economy into reality, the current economic role of government, which includes stability, resource allocation and income distribution, should be reformed to clear up the disturbance of wrong theory and policy.
