Abstract

Theoretical circles and those people who engage in trade union study think that trade unions' rights include safeguarding workers' rights and interests. But in fact, trade unions' protection of rights is the duty of workers. Originally trade union stressed rights not duty. That resulted trade unions to give up the protection of rights, then harmed the workers' interests. The protection of rights belongs to duty. This idea can urge trade unions to perform their basic responsibility of protecting workers' rights and interests, but not give up their duty.
