Discussion on Improvement of System of Safeguarding Rights of Trade Union

Under the circumstances of market-oriented economy,the legitimate rights and interests of some workers come under serious attack.However,function of trade unions is not effective.So it is of importance to improve the social system of safeguarding rights in order to build the socialist harmonious society and raise the professional level of trade union organizations at all levels.
