Abstract

Multicast security ensures that all members of a multicast group share the same set of keys safely and when some members join or leave,new keys must be updated.When the size of the multicast is large,the efficiency of rekeying is a very important problem.Based on the research of rekeying,this article presents a new model and its algorithm based on secure multicast rekeying of hyperball.This model completely posesses the property of the independence and cooperation between members to resolve the problem of rekeying.This method is more efficient and the number of keys in group manager is much less.The algorithm is better than LKH and OFT.
