On the Value Functions and Implementation Paths of the Sound Judicial Credibility in China

The sound judicial credibility is highly featured with such value functions as maintaining the judicial authority,cultivating the legal beliefs,promoting citizens to abide by the law and the construction of the social integrity system,etc.As far as the inherent requirement of the judicature is concerned,the formation of the sound judicial credibility depends on the strong credibility of the main body of judicature,the judicial processes and the judicial results.In terms of the external judicial factors,carrying out good public trust for justice in China depends on further improving our legal system,continually increasing the people’s awareness of the law,strengthening and promoting the Party’s leadership over the work of justice and sufficiently supplying for judicial fund.
